Copy Allocated Resource Figures to the Estimates

If you are using an Allocated Resources job costing type, you can copy allocated resource figures to the estimates columns on the Time tab.

You can use this when you create a job and you know who is working on the job, and you use those resource figures to define your estimates.

To copy allocated resource time to the Estimates columns, complete the following steps:

1. Access the job's Time tab:
   1. Click Menu > Jobs > Job Search.
   2. Use the Job Search page filters to search for a job.
   3. In the Job Search grid Job # column, hover over the job number, then click to display the Financials page.
   4. Click the Time tab.
2. Click to the right of the Allocated Resource columns to copy resource figures to the Estimates columns.
